SMS Policy for Marketing

By signing up for our offers, you agree to receive SMS and email marketing messages from us. These messages will include special offers and appointment-related information.

For example, you may receive messages like:

“Hi {name}, thank you for signing up for {offer}. What works better for your morning or afternoon appointments?” You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text “STOP,” “OUT,” or “UNSUB” to the shortcode. After sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, simply sign up again or text “START,” and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and for messages sent from you to us. You will receive daily messages 4 days after initial sign-up, monthly marketing messages, and 2–3 appointment reminder messages.
