The evolution of Optimal Weight Loss Institute is rooted in the personal journey of its founder, Bertha Osorio-Campbell. As a solo mom by choice, Bertha welcomed her daughter 20 years after her son, with the intention of being more present in her parenting. This life transformation inspired a shift in her practice, integrating her values of family, wellness, and freedom into a more flexible, luxurious, and patient-centered approach.
Founded in January 2020, Bertha launched her practice after seeking the autonomy to offer a more holistic and comprehensive approach to patient care. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she provided in-home concierge services, including testing and IV therapies, caring for over 250 patients and establishing herself as a trusted provider.
Today, Optimal Weight Loss Institute has evolved into a premier boutique-style wellness center. Bertha’s weight loss, functional medicine, and hormone therapies are now offered remotely, giving clients the flexibility to access personalized care from anywhere. In-home concierge services, including IV therapy and blood work, bring convenience and exclusivity to meet the demands of modern living.
The aesthetics side of the practice offers a high-end, concierge experience with selective appointments reserved for Bertha’s VIP Inner Circle, ensuring priority access to her expertise without the wait.
As Bertha prepares to travel the world with her daughter, her practice will transition to fully remote, continuing to provide cutting-edge care. This shift reflects her commitment to family, wellness, and her passion for helping clients achieve vibrant health and beauty. Soon, mental health services will be introduced, further enhancing her holistic, patient-first approach.
